Our founder
Our founding partner, Mr. Guillermo López Cordero (1945 -2018), had a phenomenal legal career, which spanned 50+ years, throughout which he earned many professional honors and accolades, and the reputation for being Guatemala’s leading lawyer in his field (labor & employment – employer oriented).
Throughout his career, he was widely recognized for his adeptness at litigation, negotiation, and labor consultancy issues. Accordingly, his clients included some of the most important companies in the largest industries in the country.
He was also passionate about the legal formation of future generations, having taught at two of the most prestigious law schools in Guatemala for more than 25 years.
