His professional practice consists primarily in rendering legal advice in corporate, transactional, and commercial aspects.
During his professional career, which spans 25 years, he has served as outside legal counsel for a number of companies, having advised in mergers and acquisitions, loan structuring and in other important corporate and commercial dealings.
He also has extensive experience in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights (trademarks and patents), being one of the leading lawyers in the field, as well as in Labor and Employment matters and disputes (employer sector).
