He is mainly dedicated to advising companies in employment issues, including all types of complaints filed before government offices (Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Guatemalan Social Security Institute), and giving legal advice in all matters pertaining to labor and employment issues in Guatemala.

Most of his type is handling all types of disputes against employers before the courts, both individual and collective.

In addition, he has extensive experience in assisting expatriates who come to the country to work and live, especially in the process of obtaining valid migratory status and work permits.
