Serves as Managing Partner of the firm since 2011. He focuses his professional practice in rendering legal advice to companies in corporate, transactional and tax aspects. During his professional career, which spans for more than 20 years, he has served as outside legal counsel for multiple companies, having also participated in an important number of mergers and acquisitions, loan structuring and other financial transactions (including syndicated loans) and in other significant corporate and commercial dealings. He also has extensive experience in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, being one of the leading lawyers in the field.
